We offer asphalt shingles in 3 Tab, Architectural and Impact Resistance.
We’re a preferred contractor of Owens Corning Shingles and they offer some of the best warranties.
If you are in need of flat roof on the back of a room addtion or sun room we offer two brands both self adhering.
Drip Edge, Ice & Water Shield and Ridge vent helps provide integrity and energy savings for your roof.
Drip Edge is installed around the perimiter of the roof and is required in most cities and recommended by the shingle manufacturers.
Ice & Water Shield is installed in your roof valleys to help prevent moisture and damning.
Ice & Water Shield is also required in certain cities along the livable eaves of your home due to cold temperatures daily in the winter.
Ridge vents are installed to create a long ventilation system along the top of your roof known as your ridge.
Proper intake vents to help push out the moisture and air from showering, cooking, breathing, etc will extend the life of your roof and roof decking.
Most cities require you to keep or improve your roof ventilation.
Soffit and Fascia
Wrapping the wood fascia boards on the roof gables & behind your gutters with an aluminum trim coil provides not only a great curb appeal but helps prevent water damage and saves you money from painting.
Covering soffit overhangs with a vinyl or aluminum panel will help protect your home from the weather elements, insects, bird and gives a nice curb appeal.
Aluminum trim coil comes in a smooth or a pvc coated wood grain with a variety of colors to choose from.
We offer vinyl & aluminum soffit for your overhangs/undereaves.
Soffit comes in a variety of colors and your choice of a solid, vented, or hidden vent panel.
